It was with great sadness that we learned of the death of our colleague Fr. John.

Fr. John was curate in Breaffy where he had resided since 2007.  He was a gentle, kind,  compassionate and caring priest, who had great empathy for people.  He comforted and helped so many in Castlebar Parish and did so much for Breaffy community.  He

Church Response to the Covid-19 Crisis

The Archbishop has instructed that all Masses with congregations should be cancelled with immediate effect.

However, all Masses  in the Church of the Holy Rosary will continue to be celebrated as normal but without a congregation.

These Masses will be streamed live on the Church of the Holy Rosary webcam castlebarparish.ie/web-cam and on the Parish Radio at 105.3 FM.
